All preorders for Raw Bundles and HD Lace products will be processed and shipped within 10-14 business days. We appreciate your patience as we prepare these items to meet our high-quality standards.
Virgin Premade Units:
Orders for Virgin Premade Units will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. We work diligently to ensure these units are ready for you in a timely manner.
Weekend Orders:
Please note that any orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will begin processing on the following business day. We do not process orders on weekends or public holidays.
Tracking Information:
Please ensure that all information provided for shipping is correct (First and last name, address, zip, etc). We are not responsible if your package is shipped to the wrong address.
Signatures are required for Raw Bundles & HD Lace.
